RamNagar Film Festival

The first Ramnagar Film Festival took place from 12-13 December 2015. Anupama Srinivasan, Sudarshan Juyal and Balli Singh Cheema were some of the key people who participated in the festival. Shining Star school was part of the organization of the festival and school children did the compering for the festival. Cinema of Resistance has been organizing regular workshops at the school. The main films that were screened at the festival includes Children of Heaven, KancheaurPostcard and Red Balloon. The main organisers of the festival were D.S.Negi, Rajendra Singh, Tulsi Negi and Kaisar Rana.
